IPTV Australia Terms and Conditions
Subscription Agreement, Acceptable Use & Service Level Guidelines
1. Agreement & Scope of the IPTV Australia Terms and Conditions
Welcome to IPTV Australia. These official IPTV Australia terms and conditions constitute a legally binding subscription contract between you (“Subscriber”) and IPTV Australia (“Provider”). By placing an order, completing payment, or entering access credentials on any supported player, you agree to comply with all provisions detailed herein.
Our platform delivers digital playlist indexing, electronic program guides, and multi-server video routing. Your personal information is processed strictly in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and statutory guidelines governed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
2. Age Eligibility & Account Responsibility
To subscribe to our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained the explicit consent of a legal parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that all billing information submitted is accurate, verifiable, and current.
Subscribers are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their M3U playlist URLs, Xtream Codes API keys, and portal credentials. Any activity executed through your unique account token is your sole responsibility.
3. Acceptable Use & Multi-Device Stream Limits
Under this IPTV Australia terms and conditions agreement, all services are provisioned strictly for private, non-commercial home entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Re-streaming & Commercial Re-broadcasting: Capturing, redistributing, or broadcasting streams to external servers or public commercial venues without express written authorization.
- Automated Scraping & Bot Traffic: Deploying automated scripts, crawlers, or load-testing software to reverse-engineer server addresses.
- Exceeding Device Allowances: Subscriptions are strictly provisioned for the number of simultaneous active devices purchased (1, 2, 3, or 4 connections) as selected on our Pricing Page. Concurrent streams exceeding your plan will trigger automated server lockouts.
4. Streaming Quality, ISP Bandwidth & Anti-Freeze Protocol
We deploy high-capacity load balancers and Anti-Freeze 10.0 protocol servers to ensure seamless 4K and Full HD broadcast feeds. However, end-user streaming quality remains contingent on local environmental variables, including:
- Your broadband download speed and Wi-Fi latency (we recommend minimums of 15 Mbps for HD and 25+ Mbps for 4K).
- Local Internet Service Provider (ISP) routing, domestic line peering, and active bandwidth throttling.
- Hardware decoder capabilities of your television, streaming stick, or media box.
5. Subscription Billing, Payments & Renewals
All subscription rates on our website are clearly quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) with zero hidden activation surcharges. Access is provisioned on a prepaid fixed-term basis (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
We do not lock subscribers into forced recurring debit contracts. To continue access upon term expiration, you simply renew your desired package manually through our secure online portal.
Due to the instant provisioning of digital M3U credentials and server tokens, subscription sales are governed by our specific Refund Policy. Prospective subscribers are strongly encouraged to test our 24-hour trial period prior to purchasing extended multi-month packages.
7. VPN, Proxy & Network Configuration Policy
Virtual Private Network (VPN) and residential proxy connections are fully permitted across all our streaming servers. Using a reputable VPN is often recommended to bypass local ISP throttling during major high-bandwidth sporting events.
However, employing VPN servers to commit billing fraud, mask abusive scraping, or violate third-party network policies will result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Supported Hardware & Application Requirements
Our streams are formatted for universal compatibility across Amazon Firestick, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung & LG Smart TVs, Windows PC, macOS, and MAG set-top boxes using approved IPTV players (such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or XCIPTV).
Subscribers are responsible for procuring, maintaining, and updating third-party streaming hardware and software applications.
9. Scheduled Maintenance & Server Uptime
While our network maintains a target 99.9% server uptime, temporary interruptions may occur due to routine emergency security patches, infrastructure upgrades, or upstream feed rotations. Scheduled maintenance windows are executed during off-peak hours whenever feasible.
10. Intellectual Property, Trademarks & DMCA Compliance
All brand logos, channel identifiers, and league trademarks (including AFL, NRL, and Premier League) referenced throughout our service belong exclusively to their respective owners. Their mention is made strictly under nominative fair use for compatibility identification as described in our Disclaimer.
We respect copyright legislation and promptly address verified infringement claims submitted through our formal DMCA Notice process within 24 business hours.
11. Account Suspension, Termination & Lawful Governance
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or revoke subscription credentials without notice if a user is detected engaging in fraudulent payment disputes, unauthorized multi-device stream sharing, or harassment of our support staff.
These IPTV Australia terms and conditions are construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
